Fiat Gateway Tutorial
Step 1: Balance
Access overview under Balances in your Platform account. You can choose between Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and Ripple (XRP) and buy your favorite crypto with fiat. Click on the “Buy with Visa or Mastercard” button where available.
Step 2: Buy Bitcoin and More Cryptocurrency
At the moment you can buy Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple and Bitcoin Cash with EUR, GBP, DKK, NOK, SEK, HUF, PLN.
Once you click on the button “Buy with Visa or Mastercard” button, you will be taken to the next step where you will be able to buy crypto simply and easily.
Enter the amount of Crypto you wish to buy with supported fiat currency. Your wallet address will be pre-filled. Click “Next” to finish the process.
Step 3: Agree and Proceed
Step 4: Verifying Your Identity with Yoti
Follow the video instructions and download the Yoti application, then sign up to Yoti in order to continue with the verification process.
Step 5a: Scan the Yoti QR Code
After verifying your identity via the Yoti app, press the scan icon in the middle so you can scan the QR code in order to continue.
Step 5b: Sharing Details with Safello
Next, you will need to share your Remember Me ID provided by Yoti to the Safello payment provider. Click the “Yes, continue” button to continue with the process.
Step 5c: Sharing Your Remember Me ID
To enable sharing your Remember Me ID, Click the “Allow” button to continue.
Step 5d: Card Information
Afterward, you will need to input your credit card information and click on the “Next” button to continue. The cryptocurrency you are buying will become available in your balance, which may take some time depending on the speed of the cryptocurrency network.
Step 6: Balance
Wait for the purchased amount of cryptocurrency to appear on your Balances page. Access the overview under Balances in your Platform account. Scroll to the bottom where you will find the Network Transaction table with the Tx/Hash of your transaction (payment). Cryptocurrency is being transferred through its native network, which may take some time depending on the speed of the network and network traffic.
